We learn your business and define exactly what we're building. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price, and a date — at no cost, no obligation to go ahead. The documents are yours either way.

You watch it happen on a private link from day one, so you can steer while it still costs nothing to change course.

5 business days
You have it for five days. Tell us what's wrong. We fix it.

The guarantee
If we're late, you take 5% off your fee for every business day, up to 25%. It's written into your contract before you sign.
You'll know your exact number at the end of discovery, once we understand the work. An accurate quote needs a real scope behind it — so that's when you'll get one.

- Tell you the same day if anything threatens the date
- Deliver on the date, or cut your fee
- Stay engaged after launch — security updates, monitoring, and support for the changes you ask for
We need you to
- Content and photos by day 3
- One person who can make decisions
- A reply to each review within 48 hours
We hold your slot for 3 business days. After that we have to move the team, and your new date depends on when we can get them back. Either way, we tell you the same day — not at the deadline.
Change what you want and you get a new date, in writing, before we start.
That's the whole list. Unforeseen technical complexity isn't on it — that's our job to solve, and it's what you're paying for.
We build it right the first time. Every site still includes 30 days of defect cover, written into your contract — if something we built is broken, we fix it.
We're new, so we don't have years of client testimonials to point to yet. What we have instead is a number in your contract: a delivery guarantee that costs us money if we're late, in writing before you sign anything.
