The standard
Every site we ship scores 95+ on Google's own test.
Google PageSpeed Insights grades real-world performance, accessibility, and technical quality. It's independent, it's free, and anyone can run it on any URL. Run it on ours — including this page you're reading right now.
The score you see is the score you get. If a site we build for you ever drops below our standard, that's a defect — and we fix defects free.
What we mean by well-built
Four things, measured — not claimed.
It loads fast, on a real phone on real data.
We budget every kilobyte. Pages are static by default, images are sized and modern-format, and the JavaScript that ships is only what the page actually needs. Fast isn't a feature we add at the end — it's the default we protect throughout.
It works for everyone, including assistive tech.
Real semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, and labelled controls — checked against the WCAG standard on every page, at every screen size. Accessible sites are better sites, and in many cases they're a legal requirement too.
It's built on a secure, modern foundation.
HTTPS everywhere, no console errors, no deprecated APIs, no known-vulnerable dependencies. The unglamorous technical hygiene that separates a site that lasts from one that quietly breaks six months in.
Search engines can read it properly.
Unique titles and descriptions per page, structured data, a clean sitemap, and semantic markup — so Google understands what each page is and shows it to the right people. Ranking is earned over time; being readable is table stakes we get right from day one.

- Most pages are pre-built and served as plain files, so they load almost instantly and can't break under traffic. We add complexity only where a feature genuinely needs it.
- Cheap to change later
- The next change — this year or in three — stays inexpensive, whether we make it or you bring someone else in. We build so your site can grow with your business instead of being replaced by it.
- You can run it yourself
- Day-to-day updates — new copy, swapped images, a fresh announcement — don't require us or a developer on retainer. We hand over a site you own and can actually operate, not one that holds you hostage.
- No hidden dependencies
- We avoid the fragile plugins and third-party scripts that slow sites down and break without warning. Fewer moving parts, fewer things to go wrong.
